About Energy Development Partners

Maximizing Oil and Gas Resources

Joshua D. Mosshart, MSFS

Joshua D. Mosshart, MSFS, is a business scaling strategist and growth architect recognized for transforming vision into enterprise value. His career began on Wall Street with advanced training at UBS, followed by more than a decade managing capital for high-net-worth families. This gave him deep expertise in wealth preservation, risk management, and tax-efficient growth. He complements this financial foundation with advanced studies in Energy Innovation from Stanford University and Oil & Gas from Arizona State University, enabling him to merge financial acumen with technical insight in industries where profitability and sustainability must align.

Joshua is sought after by entrepreneurs, CEOs, investors, government officials, and international delegates for his ability to scale businesses and commercialize clean technologies that solve major industry challenges. He specializes in creating commercialization models, non-dilutive growth strategies, and rapid adoption frameworks that help companies secure traction quickly and make a lasting impact. His work has included collaborations with the United Nations, global business leaders, and influential organizations where he has consistently turned bold ideas into scalable results.

As President & CEO of Malia Ventures, Inc., Joshua focuses on building strategies that maximize profitability, generate recurring revenue, and accelerate adoption. His expertise spans energy, infrastructure, and circular economy innovations, with a strong emphasis on partnerships that open markets and multiply opportunities. He works with CEOs preparing to scale, entrepreneurs launching disruptive ventures, and investors seeking sustainable, tax-advantaged income streams.

Joshua’s influence extends beyond business. As a former Merchant Marine, he co-founded a nonprofit that raised capital for endangered species and became the first of its kind to operate on the Mall in Washington, D.C. He later served as a delegate at the United Nations RIO+20 Conference, addressing global sustainability and innovation.

In both business and life, Joshua is defined by discipline, strategy, and resilience. With over 34 years in martial arts, he embodies perseverance and focus. His mission is clear: to scale enterprises, commercialize clean technologies, and institute rapid adoption strategies that create meaningful impact across industries and communities worldwide.
